Returns Policy:
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise in its original condition and packaging. Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with a return label to send the merchandise back to us. We will then inspect the returned items to ensure that they meet our return policy criteria. Once approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Refunds:
We offer full refunds for the cost of the merchandise returned, excluding any shipping charges, unless the item(s) received were defective or incorrect. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exchanges:
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the package is delivered safely to our warehouse. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit.
